Refund and Cancellation Policy
All orders are custom made orders so there are no refunds.
Regular Orders: A cancellation and refund will be accepted only if it is received BEFORE work on your order begins. This is typically 7 days from the date the order was placed. You may call or write in to cancel.
Rush
Orders: Work on rush orders begins immediately, so there are no cancellations or refunds for rush orders.
